Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or requesting a quote from Blue Label Express Freight LLC (“Blue Label Express”), you agree to these terms.

Brokerage Services

Blue Label Express operates as a freight brokerage, arranging transportation of freight through a network of licensed motor carriers. We do not operate our own trucks. Quotes provided are estimates and subject to change based on actual freight characteristics, accessorials, and market conditions at time of booking.

Quote Requests

Submitting a spot quote request does not guarantee capacity or a final rate. Confirmed bookings are subject to a separate rate confirmation between Blue Label Express and the shipper.

Carrier Relationships

Carriers hauling on behalf of Blue Label Express must maintain active operating authority and insurance in good standing. Blue Label Express reserves the right to vet and decline to work with any carrier at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Blue Label Express is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except as required by applicable law or a signed brokerage agreement.
